Refund Policy
Formal, serious, and compliant policy for live hemp clone transfers in Oklahoma.
Overview & Purpose
This policy governs refunds and replacements for live hemp clones sold by Lucky Cloud Lab. Because live plant material is perishable and regulated, claims require timely evidence and verification.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA) or severely damaged clones reported within 48 hours of delivery/pickup.
- Incorrect strain or count delivered.
- Rooting failure reported with evidence within 7 days.
- Claims must include invoice number, delivery/pickup timestamp, and photographic evidence.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Damage occurring after customer handoff or due to improper handling.
- Environmental stress from mis-transport or unsuitable storage after delivery.
- Unauthorized transfers, re-sales, or disposal of material prior to claim resolution.
- Claims made outside the stated time windows.
Delivery & Pickup Protocols
All transfers comply with Oklahoma hemp transport and record-keeping requirements. Recipients must verify count and condition upon receipt. We recommend taking time-stamped photos at handoff.
Replacements & Store Credit
- Approved DOA/incorrect-item claims will be remedied with a no-cost replacement where available.
- If replacement is not feasible, store credit valid for 180 days may be issued.
- Refunds to the original payment method are only issued when neither replacement nor credit is possible.
